St Andrews church sees itself in a line which starts with Jesus and the apostles and the witness of the New Testament, along with the Old Testament as the completion of God's written Word. The Creeds of the early church are important statements of faith. The Reformers of the church removed many errors and restored 'salvation by faith in Christ alone' as the true expression of Christianity. St Andrews gladly follows the creeds of the early church, and the Reformed understanding of the Christian Faith.
